Carnegie

Extension + renovation

A contemporary extension that nestles seamlessly behind a restored period façade, this Carnegie home balances heritage character with modern clarity. The new addition, clad in dark timber and lined with warm natural textures, opens to the garden and a magnificent established tree—blurring boundaries between inside and out. Thoughtful detailing and restrained materials connect old and new, creating a home defined by light, calm, and enduring craftsmanship.

Home. Truths.

“Yarrabank Builders completed a major renovation of my house in Carnegie over 9 months. The quality is amazing and it honestly was not a stressful process. Ryan had great relationships with his suppliers, trades and my architect and managed the process extremely well. At all points Ryan and the team were really easy to work with and very communicative. I would work with them again without question and have no hesitation in recommending Yarrabank to others.”
