Extension + renovation

Interior designer Meredith Lee believes a home should reflect who you are and improve the way you live. Applying that philosophy to the design and renovation of her own home made this project especially personal. To realise her vision, she engaged Preston Lane Architects and Yarrabank Builders to deliver on it. Centred around a courtyard and anchored by an existing feature tree, every detail, from the sculptural stair handrail to the recessed skylight lighting, was thoughtfully resolved. The result is a refined and welcoming home that embodies considered design, exceptional craft and a quiet confidence.

Home. Truths.

“Working with Yarrabank was a dream. I've worked with a lot of builders in my career, and it's pretty special to work with a team who actually know what they're doing and have the facilities to support it. The level of detail involved in this house is incredible, and Yarrabank went to every length to make sure it turned out exactly as we hoped.”
