“We engaged with Ryan for a partial demolition and renovation of a single fronted Victorian project in Burnley last year. The decision to choose Yarrabank during the tender process was an easy one - based primarily on Ryan’s communication, punctuality during the consultation process and enthusiasm for the build. Though there were a handful of unexpected planning and design challenges that arose during the build, none were too big for Ryan to resolve and with minimal project impact too. The close relationships that he has forged with his various tradespeople are clearly evident and reflect in the high level of craftsmanship that were delivered in our finished product. There can be an information “unknown” for those that have not built before, but Ryan bridged this gap seamlessly by putting in the time to clearly explain and articulate how each aspect or process of the build worked.
